Over the course of one month, I’ll keep you focussed on what and when you’re eating, as well as your portions – to create new healthy habits that serve you. You’ll start with a detailed questionnaire, and a 30-minute coaching call to clarify your goals. Next we’ll schedule a 60-minute coaching call to review the custom plan I’ve designed just for you. I’ll include my favorite recipes and products, your custom shopping list and meal plan. and follow-up with you weekly to keep you on track
